Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7-10 business days. (We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays ). Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or when Complete Beauty Boutique is closed will be processed the next business day

Address Verification

All orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address, we do not ship to alternate addresses (e.g., gift for someone, friend, or work). The billing and shipping address must be the same to avoid cancellation. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Complete Beauty Boutique , you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Complete Beauty Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost Packages

Compete Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. You must file a claim with USPS directly. Complete Beauty Boutique will not issue refunds. We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped. We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).

Cancellations

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES, NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS! After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.
