Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

● ALL items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
● We HIGHLY Suggest Drycleaning our items.

Defective Merchandise:

● If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to orders@heybeautifuls.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.

 

**All returns are processed as store credit only**

 

Once your merchandise has been approved for return and a return item number has been given, follow the instructions below:

● provide your invoice/order number and name

● return the merchandise in its original packaging

● send all packages back via USPS
